Before recommending a service, we listen. Estate situations differ — a young professional drafting a first will has different needs from a family dealing with a bereavement. We identify the right scope of engagement before any work begins.
All engagements start with an initial discussion, either in person at our Kuala Lumpur office or by telephone. We explain your options, confirm the applicable legal framework, and outline the fee structure. You decide when and whether to proceed.
Once underway, each matter is assigned to a single practitioner who remains your point of contact throughout. Where authority liaison or documentation filing is required, we handle that on your behalf — keeping you informed at each stage without overwhelming you with detail.

Engagement Confirmation
Formal engagement letter issued with timeline, scope, and fees agreed in writing.
Active Work & Updates
Practitioner progresses the matter and provides updates at key milestones, with access for queries throughout.
Completion & Handover
Matter concluded, documents provided, and written summary issued. Files archived securely per legal requirements.
Estate Planning Session
A calm, focused session for individuals who want to think through how their estate will be managed and distributed. Suitable for those considering a wasiat (Islamic will), a civil will under the Wills Act, or a hibah or trust arrangement. The session includes a guided discussion, plain-language explanation of available options, and a written summary for your records.

Per planning session, inclusive of written summary. Disbursements (if any) quoted separately.
Administration & Probate Support
Patient assistance for families who need to administer a loved one's estate. The scope includes guiding the family through probate proceedings or applications for letters of administration, preparing all required documentation, and handling correspondence with courts, Amanah Raya Berhad, financial institutions, and other relevant authorities — always with care for the circumstances in which this work arises.

Complete Legacy Engagement
A thorough, end-to-end arrangement for families who need coordination across planning, administration, and distribution — whether under faraid principles or civil inheritance law, or both. This includes full case management, beneficiary support throughout the process, and a consolidated estate record prepared at conclusion — a practical reference document for all involved.
