Services are available to individuals and families in Malaysia. Enquiries from outside Malaysia are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Permata reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all enquiries and communications.
- Not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm Permata or third parties.
- Not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality, security, or integrity.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and structure — is the property of Permata or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the website for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, adapt, publish, or redistribute any content from this site without prior written consent from Permata.
6. Payment Terms
Prices for services are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are as stated on the Solutions page at the time of engagement. Prices are subject to change; confirmed engagements are honoured at the price agreed in writing.
Payment methods and timing will be confirmed during the consultation process. For certain services, a deposit or full payment may be required before work commences.
Refunds: Where a service has not yet commenced, fees paid may be refunded at our discretion upon written request. Once work has begun, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis reflecting work completed. We do not offer refunds where a session or service has been delivered in full.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Estate Planning Session: Includes one consultation session and a written summary. Additional sessions are available at the prevailing rate. The written summary is provided for your reference only and does not constitute formal legal documentation.
Administration and Probate Support: Scope is as discussed and confirmed in writing at the time of engagement. Changes to scope during an engagement will be agreed in writing. Timelines depend on third-party authorities and cannot be committed to with certainty.
Complete Legacy Engagement: A full-scope arrangement. The engagement letter provided at commencement sets out the precise scope, deliverables, and fee structure. Additional complexity may result in a revised fee, agreed in advance.
Confidentiality: All information shared during an engagement is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, Permata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss of data, income, or opportunity.
Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees for work completed up to the date of termination. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any user whose conduct we consider inappropriate or whose matter falls outside our scope of practice.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur as the agreed venue.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
